Bad Boy Grinder Short Sleeve Rashguard

Is there a sizing chart for these? I'm a female, 5'5", 160-165lbs (with some muscle), and I wear a "fitted" Small in 100% cotton shirts. I've never bought a rashguard so I've always been contemplative as to what size I am. Thank you for your feedback!

Venum Rio Fight Shorts

Hey Aaron, I'm 5'5", female, and weigh ~162lbs. I measured around the hips and it was ~38"
I'm tempted to buy these shorts but I just needed to make sure I'm sizing correctly, thanks!

Manto Sakura Women's Rashguard

I've never ordered a rashguard so I'm concerned about sizing. I'm a female, 5'5", 165lbs. I think my body composition is part chub, part muscle. Generally, medium adult t-shirts fit just right or loose, I even buy adult small t-shirts at times for a "tighter" fit. Should I go for the Medium or the Large in this one?

I'm considering buying this gi, but I'm curious if anyone can help me out with sizing.
I'm a 5'5" 160lb average build (to slightly thick build) female.
I currently have an A2 in a pre-shrunk Ultra Light Vulkan Gi, but it's actually too big and won't shrink any further.
